In today's presentation, we will be explaining and demonstrating video animation and our process for creating professional videos for just about any video marketing project.
There is no doubt that video is the future of marketing. Unfortunately, it really doesn't matter how good our content is or how clever our sales videos are if they don't immediately grab the attention of our viewers. And in order to grab viewers attention quickly, we have to be creating videos that scream, "WOW!", and at least appear to have professional level production behind them. The bottom line is if our videos don't get the attention of our viewers, our business is going to suffer – attention converts to action being taken.
In comparison to plain video, video animation adds attention-grabbing mastery – not to mention an extra level of professionalism. Creating video animations used to be extremely difficult, time-consuming & technically complex. Don't get us wrong, it still can be – but it does not have to be.
We'll be using a tool called Viddyoze – and yes the spelling is a play on the word videos. Viddyoze is a 3D animation engine that is 100% fully automated. It allows us to create stunning, professional quality, and custom animations that match our client's branding very quickly. The best part about this tool is that it is also fully cloud-based, allows quick access from any device, and is accessible anywhere you can connect to the internet.
Thousands Of Professional Templates
Access to a huge library of templates with over a thousand professionally produced animation templates. Whatever style, industry or niche our client’s business fits into, we can create professional video animations for their marketing.
An Ever-Growing Library, New Exclusive Animations Every Month
Each month brand new, high-quality templates are added to our library so as the styles and techniques change, grow, and evolve, so do our video creating capabilities. We have full creative freedom to create as many videos as we need each month.
Video Animation Types for Every Occasion
An alpha clip has stored transparency in the video graphic that allows it to transfer that transparency to another non-linear video editing program. In other words, you can use this video at the same time as another type of video placing it over another video or image.
You may use a background video behind any other transparent type video clip and see the background video through the transparent type of video.
Extended videos are typically a bit longer than some of the other types of video clips. These can be used as a stand-alone video or as main video content filler to convey the desired message.
An intro video is a short video clip used at the beginning of a video clip sequence or alternatively, it could be used to “announce” the main video content
Live action video clips have actors within them that will interact with the customization you add to the video. For example, you might have a video of your logo being painted onto a wall.
A logo video is probably the most common type of video when you are branding a clients business. Logo videos can be used just about anywhere and are very versatile. They are often used as an intro video or export video. As the name would indicate, a logo image is inserted into the video.
Outro videos are similar to an intro video with the difference being where an intro is at the beginning of a video sequence, the outro video is typically used to close or end a video sequence.
Overlays also have an element of transparency to them. They are typically over other types of video clips providing an interesting layer of depth or interest. Overlays do not usually have many choices for changing colors and are more for adding effects, like smoke.
Social videos should not be confused with videos that are posted on social media, but rather, associated with the type of information that you customize within them. Having a set of matching social media videos each branded and customized with your unique URLs can help keep your marketing messages coherent.
Title videos are great for introducing the main content of your marketing videos. They might also work well for presenting the full and complete name of your business or tagline.
Transition videos are used to connect all of your video clips when creating a full-length feature video. They too, have a transparency element built in so you may use them over other video clips while editing.
6 Steps to Professional Video Animation
Creating video animations with Viddyoze is a very simple 6 step process.
- Hover over the template and select Customize
- Select Customize this video
- Upload desired/required images and then select Next Step
- Change Colors using the color selectors and then select Next Step
- Add Texts and then select Next Step
- Wait while the preview loads and preview the video
- Choose Audio
- Select Create Your Video once you’re satisfied with the preview result.
Once you select “Create Your Video”, your video will begin to render. The longer the video, the longer the rendering will take. The rendering process is by far the most time-consuming part of the entire process. However, you do not have to wait for the rendering to complete.
Upon completion of the rendering process, your video will automatically be downloaded to your computer and an email will also be sent letting you know that the video is ready. From a link within the email you may go to your account to download your video.
If you do decide to wait for the rendering to complete, once it is done, you will also have an option to download right from the open computer window.
During our presentation, we were not satisfied with our original color choices and went back to adjust them. AS we proceeded through the process we inadvertently selected the “Create Your Video” button before we could preview our new selection and out video began to render.
Rather than start the process over, we decided to use what we got for this post. Check it out.
Video Animation Demo Result
After the show, we quickly recreated another version of the same template with colors that are just bit less shockingly bright. The final version has been scheduled to post for the upcoming holiday on the OwnWP blog. Be sure to check back to view the slightly tweaked and different version for comparison.
